The joy of teaching the tissue to support the anatomy and the overall health of my clients encompasses the many skills that i have cultivated throughout my life. My health care philosophy is very simple: I invite the client to seek the place where health, strength, and the present moment come together. Together, we access the resources within your body for useful and supportive change. Health manifests in every living being and guides the way. Each being is unique. I am most effective for my clients when I get to know their individual movement patterns. With this knowledge, my structural work is skillful, efficacious, and soothing.

I have an Arts Diploma, am a Certified Massage Therapist licensed in the State of California (CAMTC), a Certified Advanced Rolfer™, and hold a license as a healing practitioner in Europe. My healing arts education includes:
